About Clara Therapies

My vision for Clara Therapies is to allow you to feel completely relaxed and stress-free. I believe that true well-being is achieved by tuning into the mind-body-spirit connection.

I will tailor your treatment to your individual needs, whether you require a soothing meditative reiki session to restore mind, body and soul or a firm deep massage to release tight knotted muscles and chronic tension.

I trained at The Clare Maxwell Hudson School in 2004, where I was taught by Clare herself, who has achieved international recognition in her field. I have completed postgraduate training in advanced massage techniques, Indian Head Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Holistic Facials, Reiki and Hot Stone Massage. I treat a diverse range of complaints, from chronic illness, back and neck pain and conditions such as IBS, insomnia and arthritis, along with those who simply want to unwind and relax.. In addition to my own private practice, I have worked at top London spas including The Sanctuary and Calmia Inner Beauty day spa.

MOBILE THERAPIST IN LONDON AND MIDDLESEX - I am available for home visits. Areas covered include Ruislip, Pinner, Eastcote, Uxbridge, Hillingdon, Harrow, Northwood, Chiswick, Acton and Ealing. I am willing to travel to other areas by request.
