ABOUT YOUR THERAPIST

WELCOME

Do you dream of finding peace and calm in your daily life without having to escape on a luxury holiday?

My vision for Clara Therapies is to inspire you to take control of your own wellbeing, to encourage you to make time for yourself by enjoying regular holistic therapy and to help you realize what it’s like to feel relaxed and stress-free once again.

I believe in taking into account physical, mental and emotional symptoms in order to heal the whole being. Healing energy within the body can only flow freely when you allow yourself to relax, slow down and abandon all of the stresses and strains of modern life.

I will tailor your treatment to your individual needs, whether you require a soothing, meditative Reiki session to restore mind, body and soul or a firm deep tissue massage to release tight knotted muscles and chronic tension.

Professionally blended aromatherapy oils are used in all of my massage treatments, so that you can be transported to a blissful state of relaxation, allowing you to recall a certain mood or to evoke a beautiful memory – be that a meditative, serene frame of mind or the recollection of a relaxing holiday. Dream away...Book your way to a more relaxed journey now!

ABOUT CLARA

I trained at The Clare Maxwell Hudson School, where I had the opportunity to be taught by Clare herself, who has achieved international recognition in her field. I have completed postgraduate training in advanced massage techniques, Indian Head Massage, Pregnancy Massage and Holistic Facials. In addition to my own private practice, I have worked at The Sanctuary, the 5-star ladies' day spa in Covent Garden, Calmia spa and Revival holistic centre.

I treat a diverse range of client complaints, from those with chronic illnesses, back and neck pain and conditions such as IBS, insomnia and arthritis, along with those who simply want to unwind and relax.

"The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past, worry about the future, or anticipate troubles, but to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly."
