The aim of Indian Head Massage is to release tension in the muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders.
Indian Head Massage is very popular with my clients. I offer both the seated and lying down version. The seated version is more aligned with traditional Indian Head Massage, also called “Champissage”. I originally trained with Narenda Mehta, who brought Indian Head Massage over to this country.
The benefits are numerous, ranging from relief from headaches, migraines, tight neck and shoulders and sinusitis to alleviating stress, anxiety and brain fog.
As well as the physical massage, I heal the upper chakras, helping to bring balance and a lovely feeling of peace and calm.
IHM is offered as part of a fusion treatment only for 60 mins combined with another therapy – £50 or 90 mins combined with another therapy for £75.
